Saturday, 24 October 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Where is the event?
Sheikha Fatima Park, Abu Dhabi.
What time does the market open?
The pop-up market runs from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
What happens after I register?
You will receive a pending-registration email. Once the admin approves your application, you will receive a second email containing your unique QR entry pass.
How is the QR code used?
Show the approved QR pass at event check-in. Event staff scan it directly to validate the registration and record attendance.
Do participants bring their own ingredients?
Yes, unless the event team communicates otherwise.
What does a brand need to submit?
Brand applicants must provide company details, a valid trade license and the authorized representative's digital signature.
Can brands participate?
Yes. Brand partners, sponsors, food vendors, retail vendors and community partners can apply through the Brand Registration page.
Is the event family-friendly?
Yes. The evening also includes arts & crafts, a pop-up market and movie night.
